At the core of the studio is a passionate team of artists whose adaptability across art styles - from stylized to photorealistic - brings game worlds to life. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Level Designers and Art Director to maintain visual quality and gameplay clarity. Help develop our current team by sharing knowledge, techniques, and best practices. Model environment assets (modular pieces, props, terrain elements, hero assets). Perform set dressing yourself: composition, storytelling through props, decals, and scene staging. Work inside the engine to build and polish level art on a daily basis. Ensure technical performance (LODs, draw calls, memory) without sacrificing visual ambition. Proactively fill gaps in modular kits with your own high-quality models. Review team members' work constructively. Candidate profile: You want to model and dress environments, not just direct others. You lead by doing. The team respects you because they see you in the trenches. You are excited about helping a team grow, not just doing your own work in isolation. Requirements 5+ years in environment art / level art for games. Strong portfolio showing both: Your own environment modeling Your set dressing work Technical Skills: Strong modeling skills (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max). Game engine proficiency: Unreal 5 or Unity. PBR, texture creation (Substance), and optimization.
