Manufacturing Test Technician (m/f/d)

What awaits you at Mynaric • Operate optical, mechanical, and functional in-line and functional test systems following defined procedures  • Execute serial production testing ensuring quality, traceability, and efficiency  • Support the setup and execution of NPI test models under guidance  • Work closely with Senior Technicians and the Shopfloor Manager for daily priorities and technical support • Support assigned calibration and preventive maintenance activities  • Follow and promote safety, ESD, and technical compliance  • Maintain and support 5S standards in testing areas  • Support optimization activities for test setups, workflows, and test protocols  • Collaborate with Test and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure test readiness and production stability  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing production priorities  • Execute processes in full compliance with safety and technical requirements  • Provide feedback to improve test stability, workflow, or product quality  • Participate in production improvement activities • Support development of process notes or basic troubleshooting guidance (when required)  • Support and share knowledge within the team  • Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude toward daily production challenges  • Show a strong team-oriented approach and willingness to support operational needs  • Collaborate effectively with: Test Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Logistics and Shopfloor Management • Demonstrate flexibility to support different testing activities or areas based on production needs  • Support and guide Junior Technicians during daily activities  • Share technical knowledge and best practices within the team  • Support coordination of small tasks or activities when required  • Escalate technical or operational issues appropriately What you bring with you Successfully completed vocational training in a technical field or relevant experience working with multi-disciplinary systems. Work experience in the field of testing.   You have a passion to work at the cutting edge of technology.  Ideally, you are proficient in test planning, execution, and documentation.  You are a team player, eager to learn and share knowledge.  You have a hands-on mindset for practical solutions and a distinct can-do-attitude.  The ability to communicate in German or English is necessary. You are creative, proactive, and can independently find optimum solutions to complex technological problems.  The willingness to learn and expand your skillset continually.
