What the posting is about
We are looking for a Shipping Operator for a logistics platform active in the transport and goods distribution sector in the province of La Spezia. You will join the operational team that manages the incoming and outgoing flows from the sorting center, with concrete responsibilities on the preparation of shipments and tracking of packages. Your tasks will include preparing and packaging orders for shipment, verifying the correspondence between DDT and loaded goods, reading and completing transportation documents, updating stock levels on the warehouse management system, coordinating with couriers and drivers for scheduled pickups and deliveries, and providing operational support for loading and unloading with a forklift when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, attention to detail, basic knowledge of computer tools (Excel, warehouse management systems), and a forklift license (not mandatory). You should also be available for flexible shifts and able to start immediately. The offer includes a fixed-term contract of 6 months with the possibility of renewal, a gross monthly salary of €1,450-1,750 (in accordance with the Logistics and Transport Collective Labor Agreement), meal vouchers, continuous training on logistics procedures and safety, and initial training with the operational team.

Cerchiamo un/una Addetto/a spedizioni per piattaforma logistica attiva nel settore dei trasporti e della distribuzione merci in provincia di La Spezia. Entrerai nel team operativo che gestisce i flussi in entrata e uscita dal centro smistamento, con responsabilità concrete su preparazione spedizioni e tracciabilità dei colli.
Mansioni:
- preparazione e imballaggio ordini per spedizione, verifica corrispondenza tra DDT e merce caricata
- lettura e compilazione documentazione di trasporto (DDT, bolle, etichette di spedizione)
- aggiornamento giacenze su gestionale magazzino e segnalazione discrepanze
- coordinamento con corrieri e autisti per ritiri e consegne programmate
- supporto operativo al carico/scarico con muletto quando necessario
Requisiti:
- diploma di scuola superiore
- precisione e capacità di lavorare con scadenze giornaliere
- conoscenza base di strumenti informatici (Excel, gestionali di magazzino)
- patentino muletto gradito, non obbligatorio
- disponibilità a turni flessibili e disponibilità a partire da subito
Offerta e benefit:
