Cerchiamo una persona per la gestione prenotazioni in un poliambulatorio con diverse specialità mediche in provincia di La Spezia. Avrai il compito di accogliere i pazienti al telefono e di persona, fissare appuntamenti tramite gestionale interno e fornire informazioni chiare su prestazioni, orari e modalità di accesso. Ti occuperai anche dell'inserimento anagrafico, dell'aggiornamento delle agende dei medici e del recall per conferme e disdette.
Requisiti:
- diploma di scuola superiore
- anche senza esperienza pregressa: formiamo direttamente in struttura
- buona dimestichezza con PC e strumenti digitali
- attitudine all'ascolto e capacità di gestire più chiamate
- precisione nella registrazione dati e inserimento immediato
