In order to continue the healthy growth of our company, we are looking for a highly driven, experienced, and motivated CRM Manager (f/m/d*) to join our Marketing team. You will fully own our CRM strategy, being responsible for campaign management, analytics, and user segmentation. The role will consist of strategy, optimization, and working cross-functionally with our data, creative, and the wider marketing team to understand the customer experience across all channels and drive our business growth and customer retention. This is a permanent role on a full-time basis, with an option for remote working (+/- 1hs from our Berlin Headquarters). YOUR MISSION You fully own the end-to-end process of planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting You run, manage and optimize A/B and multivariate tests You work with Analytics and Data Science to identify opportunities, size, and prioritize You understand both tenant and landlord behavior to identify relevant insights and translate them into meaningful customer experiences You ensure campaign delivery is compliant and meets regulatory requirements. You own execution of all email marketing to current customers and new prospects You ensure communications meet quality, branding, voice, and content guidelines You oversee and support the day to day production of BAU email communications YOUR PROFILE You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM campaign creation, workflow, and execution You are a creative and empathetic thinker.
